Four fellowships awarded to thin-films team

Three PhD candidates and one post-doc won research fellowships this year.  Jeremy Poindexter received the Switzer graduate fellowship, Rachel Kurchin was awarded the Blue Waters graduate fellowship for computational research, Alex Polizzotti received the DOE SCGSR program award to fund his summer research at NREL, and Dr. Juan Pablo Correa-Baena was awarded the DOE SunShot fellowship.

Impurity gettering TCAD software available for download

Ashley Morishige presents at the SiliconPV conference in Konstanz, Germany about the 2D and 3D gettering simulation tool she developed in collaboration with the company Synopsys, maker of Sentaurus Device.
