PV Lab publication one of APL “most read papers” of 2017

A PV Lab publication in Applied Physics Letters (APL) from 2015, whose lead authored is former PV lab PhD student Dr. Jonathan P. Mailoa, is among the most read papers in APL for 2017. The paper, “A 2–terminal perovskite/silicon multijunction solar cell enabled by a silicon tunnel junction”, demonstrates and characterizes a 13.6% stable perovskite-silicon monolithic tandem with voltage addition, and describes the development of a silicon tunnel junction. This work was done in collaboration with the McGehee Group at Stanford University. This paper was also named one of the APL “up-and-coming articles of 2014 and 2015”.
