Eric Johlin

Eric Johlin was a grad student in Mechanical Engineering, co-advised by Prof. Buonassisi and Prof. Grossman (DMSE). He received his B.S. from Caltech in 2009. His current research focus was on combining experimental and computational approaches to explore the structural origins of hole trapping, and the implications of stress on the electronic structure and transport properties in hydrogenated amorphous silicon for photovoltaic applications. He graduated with his Ph.D. in 2014, and is now at AMOLF in the Netherlands.
